Barrel and Rack Plating Services

We offer Rack and Barrel Zinc plating with chromate conversion coatings. We rack plate parts up to 42 inches long and 12 inches wide. Every critical step of the plating process is monitored by a computer system. Automatic feeders adjust input to assure that the plating quality is consistent. Electro-Shield also has multiple barrel lines to handle large quantity orders. We have three fully automated Jessup lines. Our program driven hoist produces consistent high quality work with rapid turn around time and low cost. We can also program our lines to run specialty parts.

Our customer base covers a large assortment of parts for companies such as: Lexmark, Square D and including appliance parts for GE and Whirlpool. The majority of our customers service the automotive industry. Plated parts have included Toyota, Honda, GM, Chrysler, Ford, and Subaru components. We perform statistical data (SPC) on all plated parts for quality assurance.

Deburring Services

We have multiple deburring machines of different capacities to handle small or large orders. We can blend the best combination of cleaner and rust inhibitor on the market to ensure that our parts are clean and rust free. We have several different types of media available, allowing us to find the best fit for your part. Having different size machines allows us to be more cost competitive.
